Boo to Channel 4 for the adverts, Jon Snow for just being too newsy & a bit boring.  Yeye to Claire Balding who as ever was interesting & interested
 
Watching the swimming now, this is so much better than the days when the Paralympics (PARA = ALONGSIDE) was an hour program at Christmas.
The athletes are brilliant - GO TEAM GB x
